Aren’t completely satisfied with your order? Return for free* within 30 days for a full refund.

If you'd like to try another size, we'll happily exchange your order for a different size and cover the exchange shipping so you can find your perfect fit. 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange it for a different size.

Unfortunately, as a small business, we’re unable to cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless the product is faulty. 

 

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Simply send us a message via our contact page with your details and order number and we will send you instructions on where to send your parcel.

We recommend organising 'Tracked' shipping with a local provider as we cannot take responsibility for lost items. We will cover £3 of the UK return shipping cost which will be sent out upon receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your items must be in the same condition that you received them in the original packaging.

  • Bras - please take care when trying on your bras to avoid makeup & deodorant stains. Items that are returned to us with stains are no longer in their original condition and therefore are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 
  • Knickers - when trying on your new Pamba briefs, please pop them on over another pair of briefs to check the sizing.

If there is a problem with your order, we’d like to start by saying we are extremely sorry! 

At Pamba, we pride ourselves on high quality, and anything less just won’t do. We will do all we can to rectify any issues you may have with your order if anything does go wrong. Simply get in touch via our contact page, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
